If you wish to end your tenancy agreement with us, you need to tell us in writing at least four weeks before you want to leave your home. Once you have told us you want to end your tenancy in writing, you can only withdraw it – or delay the end date – with our agreement.

In the sad event of the death of a customer, the executor or administrator of the estate must give four weeks written notice to end the tenancy.
