Freebridge care about our customers and want to provide excellent customer service to all.

That’s why in the next few weeks if you’re a Freebridge customer you may be contacted by a company called Maru who are carrying out a survey on our behalf, to help us better understand what services you want us to provide, and how you want us to provide them.

All of your responses will be completely anonymous and confidential, and as a thank you, everyone who completes the survey will receive a £5 digital Amazon Voucher.

So, if you receive an email or telephone call from Maru, please be reassured that it is legitimate and do take them time to complete the survey as your feedback will help shape future services at Freebridge.
